Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Manager Engineering Operations to be the technical lead for data center engineering operations across one or more facilities. You will supervise facility and data center engineers and implement SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, ensuring 24x7 uptime and compliance with SLAs.

You will manage MEP systems knowledge, coordinate maintenance, lead root-cause analysis, manage CMMS/DCIM tools, supervise vendors, and mentor an engineering team to deliver reliable critical loads while tracking

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations leadership or equivalent.
• Experience with MEP systems, UPS, HVAC, fire suppression preferred.
• Strong ability to review SOPs/MOPs/EOPs and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center engineering operations to ensure 24x7 uptime.
• Supervise facility and data center engineers and manage maintenance programs.
• Oversee CMMS/DCIM usage, incident reporting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for safe, compliant operations.
