Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Manager Engineering Operations to serve as the technical lead for data center engineering across multiple facilities. You will supervise facility engineers and approve procedures to ensure reliable operation of MEP systems and critical loads.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure, and the ability to coordinate with remote hands, security, and janitorial teams to meet customer SLAs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years related facility management experience in Data Center operations; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Solid experience in construction, commissioning, acceptance and operation of mission critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS, DCIM, and power metering systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center engineering operations and supervise facility and data center engineers.
• Review and implement SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs for site operations and training.
• Coordinate maintenance events and ensure 100% uptime and compliance with SLAs.
