Job summary

Digital Realty Trust, L.P. is seeking an experienced Manager Engineering Operations to lead data center engineering operations across one or more facilities.

This role will supervise facility and data center engineers, implement SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, and ensure reliability of critical loads with 24x7 operations. You will oversee MEP systems, coordinate maintenance, and drive improvements in operational efficiency while maintaining customer SLAs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years facility management experience in data center operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, UPS, HVAC, generators.
• Experience with CMMS, DCIM, and power metering systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand facility MEP systems, site drawings, and SOP/EOP documentation.
• Oversee 24x7 data center operation to achieve uptime and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance events and change management processes.
• Lead and develop local engineering team and manage vendors.
• Review rounds, detect anomalies, and track operational metrics.
