Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Manager of Engineering Operations to lead data center engineering activities across one or more facilities. The role focuses on supervising facility engineers, enforcing SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, and ensuring reliability of critical systems and loads 24x7.

You will manage maintenance programs, incident response, and root-cause analysis while coordinating with site teams to align with customer SLAs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related facility management experience in data center operations or equivalent engineering field.
• Experience with large-scale data centers and critical load support.
• Familiarity with SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for data center engineering operations and supervise facility engineers.
• Oversee maintenance, testing, and documentation of MEP systems and critical loads to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with security, remote hands, and janitorial teams to ensure reliable site operations.
