Job summary

Digital Realty Trust, L.P. is seeking a Manager Engineering Operations to lead data center engineering operations at one or more facilities.

You will supervise facility and data center engineers, approve SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, and ensure proper training and implementation of procedures to achieve high availability. The role requires experience with data center mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and coordinating maintenance events while ensuring safety and compliance with customer SLAs.

Qualifications

• Five years of facility management experience in data center operations, with supervision of engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand facility ME P drawings, SOOs, SOPs and EOPs, and ensure 24x7 data center operations.
• Coordinate maintenance events, incident reporting, and root cause analyses.
• Lead local engineering team to follow SOPs and maintain maintenance calendar.
