Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Manager Engineering Operations to be the technical lead for data center engineering across one or more facilities. You will supervise facility and data center engineers, approve SOPs/SOOs/EOPs, and coordinate maintenance to ensure 24x7 uptime.

You will manage budgets, oversee CMMS/DCIM, lead root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Real Estate and security teams to meet SLA commitments and safety standards.

Heavy emphasis on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 years related facility management experience in Data Center operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, HVAC, fire safety and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for data center engineering operations and supervision of engineers.
• Implement SOPs/SOOs/EOPs and ensure training across sites.
• Coordinate maintenance events and incident response to ensure uptime.
• Oversee CMMS/DCIM systems and change management processes.
• Ensure 100% uptime and SLA compliance.
