Job summary

Digital Realty Trust, L.P. is seeking a Manager Engineering Operations to serve as the technical lead for data center engineering across facilities.

The role supervises facility and data center engineers and drives SOP/MOP/EOP implementations, ensuring reliability of critical loads. The MEO will manage 24x7 operations, coordinate maintenance, incident response, and work with remote hands, security, and janitorial teams to meet customer SLAs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Experience in data center operations and facility management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and electrical distribution.
• Familiarity with CMMS and DCIM systems.
• Ability to read MEP drawings and equipment layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise data center engineering operations for 24x7 uptime.
• Coordinate maintenance, testing, and change management activities.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
• Oversee vendor coordination for construction and maintenance.
• Identify operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
