Job summary

Digital Realty Trust, L.P. is seeking a Manager Engineering Operations to lead data center engineering at multiple facilities.

You will supervise facility and data center engineers, approve SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, and coordinate maintenance to ensure 24x7 uptime. The role focuses on MEP systems, UPS, generators, fire and monitoring systems, incident response, and hands-on leadership of the local engineering team to meet SLAs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management experience in data center operations or related engineering field.
• Experience in large-scale mission critical environments with electrical distribution, UPS, HVAC and fire systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and repair of mission critical equipment to achieve uptime and SLA compliance.
• Review/approve SOPs, MOPs and EOPs and ensure proper training across site teams.
• Coordinate maintenance with internal and external resources, including budget oversight.
