Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction and construction for data center campuses. You will manage budgets, schedules and status reports while coordinating with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff.

You will present updates to executives, develop master development programs and capital budgets, and align timelines with time, cost and quality expectations across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures including Lump Sum, CM@Risk, and Design Build from development to close out.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, preconstruction and construction activities on projects.
• Maintain budgets, schedules and status reports for multiple campuses.
• Present program updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Vendors and Data Center Operations staff.
• Develop master development program, budgets and schedules for site(s).
