Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities on data center campuses. You will manage budgets, schedules, and status reports while coordinating with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for executive updates and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, preconstruction and construction activities on project(s).
• Maintain updated budgets, schedules and status reports for each project.
• Create and communicate updates on development program and project status for executive reviews.
• Collaborate with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, commissioning agents and vendors.
