Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead design, pre-construction and construction on assigned projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers and Operations to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and strong communication with leadership.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Science/Engineering with 8+ years’ experience, plus proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for program updates and cost tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years in commercial construction with various delivery methods.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for program updates and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus projects with budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Create monthly updates for executive reviews and decision making.
• Develop a master development program with campus design and budget.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for site projects.
• Write scopes of work for design, construction and commissioning services.
• Review and negotiate change orders and monitor cost-to-date versus budget.
