Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on key data center campuses. You will coordinate daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Operations staff to deliver complex campus development programs.

The role requires eight+ years in commercial construction, strong MS Office skills, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; science/engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years of commercial construction experience across Lump Sum, CMAR, and Design-Build methods.
• Strong MS Office skills for executive updates and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, pre-construction, and construction activities for projects.
• Manage campus projects with budgets, schedules, and status reporting.
• Prepare monthly development program updates for executive reviews.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Vendors.
• Manage entitlements, permitting, and site development plans.
• Oversee procurement activities and review cost estimates.
• Maintain campus master plans and site design solutions.
• Ensure timely project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
