• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience managing Lump Sum and Design Build project delivery methods.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and maintain updated budgets and schedules.
• Create monthly updates on development program & project status.
• Develop plans for product deployment and communicate with QTS staff.
