Job summary

EverOn Data Centers Services is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to lead operations across data center facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and 100% uptime. You will build a skilled team, manage power and cooling, respond to emergencies, and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will develop and enforce operating procedures, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements in facility performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years direct management of non-exempt shift-based employees.
• Experience in mission-critical data center operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete physical assets for operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure.
• Build and mentor a staff of technicians and junior managers to deliver 100% availability.
• Monitor power, cooling, and environmental conditions in Data Halls.
• Resolve electrical, mechanical, and Fire Protection issues while minimizing risk.
• On-call 24x7 to respond to data center emergencies.
• Maintain customer relationships as the single point of contact for facilities issues.
• Oversee onboarding of new sites and ensure 100% standards compliance.
• Develop site operating procedures and documentation.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and CMMS data accuracy.
• Audit CMMS databases and manage access control.
