Job summary

T5Datacenters is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to lead data center operations, building and guiding a team of technicians to achieve 100% uptime. You will drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across facilities and teams.

You will oversee power and cooling capacity, implement CMMS, manage budgets and SLAs, and coordinate onboarding of new sites with EverOn teams to meet standards and lease obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years direct management of non-exempt shift-based employees.
• Experience in mission-critical environments preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete physical asset for operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure.
• Build a staff of technicians and junior managers to deliver 100% uptime.
• Manage power, cooling, and environmental conditions within the data halls.
• Resolve electrical, mechanical, and fire protection issues with minimal risk and notify management/customers.
