Job summary

EverOn is seeking a Senior ACFM to lead SMEs across Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, DCIM, Training and CMMS to ensure 100% uptime at our data centers.

The role provides senior technical leadership, develops maintenance strategies, and supports 24x7 operations, emergencies, and high-risk activities while ensuring adherence to SLAs and standards.

This position requires building teams, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors and customers to maintain faultless facility performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5+ years in mission-critical environments.
• 1 year direct management of shift-based staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure.
• Build staff of CFTs and SMEs.
• Manage power, cooling, and environmental monitoring.
• Support 24x7 operations and on-call responses.
• Ensure CMMS data accuracy and SLA adherence.
