Job summary

Johnson Electric in Vandalia, OH is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive the data center cooling pumps and related motion solutions across the Americas. This onsite role focuses on strategic account development and collaboration with engineering, product, and executive teams to secure design wins and revenue growth.

You will translate market needs into a scalable product portfolio, own the commercial process end-to-end, and travel regularly to customer sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in commercial roles (sales, BD, product management)
• Experience in data center cooling, liquid cooling, thermal management, pumps
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and win complex engineered-product programs
• Ability to translate customer applications/requirements into product priorities and business cases
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations and events (30–50%+)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategy for data center cooling pumps across the Americas
• Penetrate strategic accounts and build access to new customers and partnerships
• Own the commercial process from opportunity identification to quotation, design win, and revenue ramp
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to shape portfolio and roadmap
• Influence product roadmap based on customer demand and economics
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to secure strategic programs
