Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring an HVAC Selling Sales Manager in Dublin, OH. You will apply account management strategies to build long-term relationships with key owners, architects and contractors and lead the sales team to achieve growth across building types.

You will forecast, plan and manage sales activity, while driving top-line revenue, gross margin and EBIT. A strong leadership approach and travel readiness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in HVAC sales/account management and/or HVAC field operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for the productivity or development of others.
• Available for frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage account assignments to the Equipment sales team to ensure secure sales performance to plan.
• Responsible for top-line growth of revenue and meeting growth objectives around gross margin and EBIT.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasting of sales and the corresponding allocation of sales support resources.
• Increase market penetration by securing new customers and expanding the existing base with owners, engineers and contractors.
