Johnson Electric in Vandalia, OH, onsite, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the data center liquid cooling market. You will lead commercial strategy, engage with executives, and expand the customer base across the Americas with a focus on design wins and revenue ramp-up.

The role requires deep knowledge of data center cooling, pumps, and related motion solutions, with regular travel to customer locations and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, business development, product management, or sales.
• Experience in data center cooling, liquid cooling, thermal management, pumps, or related market.
• Experience managing qualification, design-in, launch, and production cycles.
• Strong knowledge of data center cooling ecosystem and customer buying processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for data center cooling pumps and related motion solutions across the Americas.
• Penetrate strategic accounts throughout the liquid cooling value chain.
• Build relationships with commercial, engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
• Translate market needs into portfolio priorities and design-in paths.
• Own the commercial process from opportunity identification to revenue ramp-up.
