QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead and manage design, pre-construction and construction activities on assigned projects. You will interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff, ensuring clear communication and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with project updates for executive level reviews and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage design, pre-construction and construction activities on a project.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple campuses.
• Create master development programs and manage entitlements and permitting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and operations staff on progress and decisions.
• Review pay applications, change orders and keep projects on time and budget.
