QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Program Manager for Data Center Construction to lead project activities, manage budgets, and collaborate with diverse teams. This role requires extensive communication and project management skills to successfully execute multiple projects on time and within budget.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and significant experience in commercial construction practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction practices.
• Experience managing Lump Sum, Construction Management at Risk, and Design Build projects.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create and communicate monthly updates on project status.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage entitlement permits.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure timely completion.
