Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on multiple campus projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations to ensure on-schedule delivery and budget adherence.

You have eight+ years in commercial construction with delivery method experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering required or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction with multiple delivery methods.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to communicate program updates to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on campus projects.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations daily.
• Develop and manage master development programs, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare scopes of work and participate in procurement and cost estimates.
• Monitor budgets, track costs and ensure on-time completion across sites.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Procurement for client-focused solutions.
