Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to drive national growth in the data center market. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, winning work, building client relationships, and delivering projects across phases from planning to construction.

The ideal candidate will have EPC business development experience in industrial markets and a track record of selling mission-critical data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major data center clients in the U.S.
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with data center clients.
• Leading winning proposal efforts.
• Expanding market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborating with our award-winning technology group to leverage innovative tools that enhance project delivery.
• Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
