CDM Smith seeks an Industrial Client Service Leader to drive national growth in the data center market. You will identify opportunities, win work, and build strong client relationships while guiding multi-project strategies across the Industrial team.

Ideal candidates will have a track record selling EPC and related services, with travel up to 40% and experience across planning, design and construction of data center projects. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% (domestic and/or international).
• Experience selling consulting/engineering/EPC in data centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for major data center clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value client relationships across projects.
• Lead winning proposal efforts and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Expand market share by collaborating with senior PMs and technical specialists.
• Partner with the technology group to leverage innovative delivery tools.
• Implement short- and long-term strategies to grow profitability for CDM Smith.
