Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction, or engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience on large building construction or civil projects.
• Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in all aspects of project management.
• Prepare RFPs, solicit proposals, and manage contracts.
• Coordinate design and construction teams and maintain project governance.
• Conduct field quality control of trades at site and ensure turnover.
