You will work closely with senior project managers on preparing RFPs, soliciting proposals, negotiating and managing contracts, and coordinating design and construction teams to ensure successful project turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects.
• Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFPs, solicit proposals, negotiate and manage contracts.
• Coordinate design and construction teams, maintain project governance.
• Conduct field quality control of the craft trades at site.
• Mentor toward becoming a Project Manager.
