Job summary

CoStar Group in Portland, OR is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage client portfolios using CoStar data and analytics. This consultative role emphasizes relationship-building, product demonstrations, and end-to-end sales from prospecting to renewal.

You will expand your portfolio, engage CRE brokers and owners, and become a brand ambassador at industry events while benefiting from a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale activities.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving history clear before start.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and grow your client portfolio.
• Manage client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
• Lead end-to-end sales process including demos and renewals.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations for brokers and CRE professionals.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and build a professional network.
