Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Account Executive for our Portland, OR area to sell new business and manage a growing client portfolio. This consultative role emphasizes building relationships and guiding clients through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to renewal.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver's license. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory driving record and driving abstract check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Sell New Business: identify and pursue opportunities by promoting the value of CoStar products to CRE and beyond.
• Account Management: grow and manage your client portfolio to ensure ongoing satisfaction and revenue.
• Be the #1 CRE brand: develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the market.
