CoStar Group is looking for an Account Executive to drive new business and expand a growing client portfolio within commercial real estate and related markets. This consultative sales role emphasizes building strong client relationships and managing the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewal.

You will meet with brokers, owners, and investors, conduct product demonstrations, and represent CoStar at industry events, while leveraging a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale responsibilities.
• Current and valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and grow your client portfolio using CoStar products.
• Manage and expand your client portfolio with tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the CRE market.
• Execute full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal and onboarding.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, corporations, and investors.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and build a long-term professional network.
