The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong post-sale client management experience, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale.
• Current and valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to the CRE industry and beyond.
• Account management: expand and grow your client portfolio.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the CRE market.
• Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, product demos, closing, onboarding, and renewals.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demos with brokers, owners, corporations, investors.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate long-term relationships.
