Job summary

CoStar Group in Portland, OR seeks an Account Executive to drive new business and manage a growing client portfolio with a consultative sales approach. You will advance opportunities, build lasting relationships, and demonstrate CoStar’s value to the commercial real estate community.

You will lead product demonstrations, close deals, and expand relationships with brokers, owners, corporations, and other professionals while representing CoStar at industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Sell New Business: identify and pursue opportunities.
• Account Management: expand and manage client portfolio.
• End-to-End Sales Process: prospecting, product demos, closing, onboarding, training, renewals.
• Building Relationships: conduct in-person meetings and demos for CRE professionals.
• Brand Ambassador: represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate relationships.
