Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the Century City, CA area to sell new business and manage a growing client portfolio within our Data & Analytics division.

You will handle prospecting, product demos, and full sales cycles, meeting with brokers and CRE professionals while building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions. This role emphasizes results, client satisfaction, and ongoing revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale service.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and promote the value of CoStar products.
• Effectively manage and grow your client portfolio, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and tailored solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.
• Conduct in-person meetings and deliver product demos to brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and other commercial real estate professionals.
• Represent CoStar at industry events, cultivating long‑term relationships and a professional network.
