Job summary

CoStar Group in Miami seeks an Account Executive to drive new business and grow a client portfolio through CoStar’s data, analytics, and online marketplaces. This consultative role emphasizes relationship-building, product demonstrations, and end-to-end sales from prospecting to renewal.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B outside sales, a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and a proven record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited, in-person college/university.
• Current and valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experienced in client management and post-sale.

Responsibilities

• Sell New Business: identify and pursue opportunities promoting CoStar products to CRE professionals.
• Account Management: grow and manage a portfolio of clients and tailor solutions.
• End-to-End Sales: manage full cycle from prospecting to renewal.
• Build Relationships: conduct in-person meetings and product demos for brokers and owners.
• Brand Ambassador: represent CoStar at industry events and develop long-term networks.
