Job summary

Coforge seeks a high-energy Data, Advanced Analytics & AI Presales Leader to drive North America growth. You will lead a team of presales architects and solution consultants, co-own revenue targets, and influence deal wins in both farming and hunting accounts.

As the face of Coforge’s Data & AI innovation to enterprise clients, you will craft differentiating solutions, develop strategic narratives, and enable delivery and CoE teams to scale what you sell.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT services or tech sales/presales with client-facing leadership
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar deals in data/AI solutions
• Experience leading presales teams in North America
• Strong understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and LLMOps
• Ability to craft strategic narratives and differentiating solutions

Responsibilities

• Own Data & AI revenue targets for NA region
• Lead strategic pursuits across key verticals and shape deals
• Drive pipeline creation and collaboration with account teams
• Mentor onsite presales and solution consultants
• Co-create narratives using Coforge IPs, accelerators, and partnerships
• Collaborate with Delivery Heads and CoE to ensure feasibility and alignment
