Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director for Data & AI to define go-to-market strategy and guide delivery of enterprise-grade data and AI solutions. You will lead client engagements, shape solutions, and collaborate with partners to drive measurable business outcomes from AI initiatives.

Based on the East Coast, this role reports to the US CTO and is integral to growing AND Digital’s AI capability across North America, mentoring teams and expanding our practice footprint.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in technology or consulting with 6+ years in Data and AI delivery.
• Proven record leading enterprise AI or data programs for Fortune 1000 or mid‑market clients.
• Strong technical background in AWS, Snowflake, and modern data platforms.
• Must reside on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, or South Florida).

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients; act as trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
• Shape data & AI solutions translating business needs into value.
• Provide technical and delivery oversight across engagements.
• Drive growth, co-sell with partners, shape go-to-market.
• Lead propositions and develop AND’s AI practice IP.
• Mentor AI and data engineers across US teams.
