Coforge seeks a dynamic VP & Head of Data & AI Solution Sales for North Americas. Lead data, AI, and analytics sales leadership, driving GenAI-enabled solutions and advisory engagements across strategic industries.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in IT services with 10–15 years in client-facing data/AI sales leadership in NA
• Proven track record of owning multi-million-dollar deals in AI/data services
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver NA Data & AI revenue targets, incl. GenAI pursuits
• Lead strategic verticals and co-create differentiating solutions
• Mentor onsite presales and solution consultants across RFPs, PoCs, and workshops
• Partner with cloud providers and ISVs to shape joint GTMs and co-sell motions
• Define market-facing bundles with Global CoE and marketing teams
