Job summary

AND Digital seeks a Solution Director for Data & AI to lead enterprise AI and data initiatives from the US East Coast. You will shape GTM strategy, own AI propositions, and oversee client delivery across AWS, Snowflake, and other platforms, mentoring teams and expanding the AI practice.

You will collaborate with CXOs, partners (e.g., AWS), and cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes and growth in a fast-scaling US operation.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in technology or consulting, with 6+ years in Data and AI delivery.
• Proven record of leading enterprise AI or data programs for Fortune 1000 or mid-market clients.
• Must reside on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, or South Florida).

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients: act as trusted advisor to C-Suite stakeholders and uncover challenges.
• Shape solutions: translate business needs into data and AI solutions and guide delivery.
• Technical & Delivery Oversight: lead AI architecture and ensure measurable KPIs across engagements.
• Drive growth: identify opportunities, co-sell with partners, and shape GTM strategy.
• Lead propositions and Practice IP: evolve data & AI offering and thought leadership.
• Lead and inspire: coach teams, mentor engineers, and define US AI practice foundations.
