Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director – Data & AI to shape growth of our Data & AI practice in the US, reporting to the US CTO. You will define go-to-market strategy, build ecosystem partnerships, and lead enterprise-grade AI solutions across AWS, Snowflake, and other platforms.

In a rapidly scaling US operation, you will mentor teams, drive delivery excellence, and influence clients from Fortune 1000 to mid-market, with a focus on measurable outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in AI or data delivery with tangible client impact.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise AI programs for large clients.
• Strong balance of technical fluency and executive storytelling.
