Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director for Data & AI on the East Coast to drive growth, set strategy, and oversee enterprise AI delivery. You will define go-to-market approaches, build ecosystem partnerships, and guide delivery across a fast-scaling US operation with a club-based model.

You will lead client engagements, shape high-value Data & AI solutions, and mentor engineers while collaborating with partners such as AWS and Snowflake to expand capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in technology or consulting, with 6+ years in Data & AI delivery.
• Proven record leading enterprise AI programs for Fortune 1000 or mid-market clients.
• Strong technical background in AWS, Snowflake, and other modern data platforms.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability - credible with engineers and executives.
• Must reside on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, or South Florida).

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients as trusted advisors to C-Suite stakeholders.
• Shape Data & AI solutions translating business needs into value.
• Provide technical and delivery oversight across engagements.
• Drive growth through new opportunities and partnerships.
• Own and evolve AND’s Data & AI proposition and capabilities.
• Provide senior oversight, mentorship, and leadership across teams.
