Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director for Data & AI to shape and lead the growth of its Data & AI practice in the US. Reporting to the US CTO, you will define go‑to‑market strategy, build ecosystem partnerships, and guide enterprise‑grade AI solutions across AWS, Snowflake and other platforms.

You will lead client engagements, drive delivery excellence, mentor teams, and expand capability across North America while collaborating with cross‑functional partners to achieve measurable business

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in recent leadership roles within AI OR a hands‑on, client facing individual who is looking for a step up.
• Has led teams shipping AI‑driven software into production with measurable impact.
• Balances deep technical fluency with strong client‑facing and commercial ability.
• Demonstrated experience embedding AI into client products or workflows.
• Has worked with hyperscale clientele and/or consultancies.
• Experienced in architecture reviews, code quality, and system design governance.
• Proven success in consulting or digital delivery environments, ideally bridging product and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients as trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders (CTO/CDO/CPO).
• Shape solutions by translating complex business needs into data & AI offerings; guide delivery.
• Technical & delivery oversight across engagements; ensure measurable KPIs and governance.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities and partnering with clients and collaborators.
• Lead propositions and IP, mentor teams, and shape the AI capability in the US.
