Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director for Data & AI on the East Coast to define go-to-market strategy, lead enterprise AI programs, and guide delivery across AWS, Snowflake and modern data platforms. This leadership role reports to the US CTO and focuses on scaling our Data & AI capabilities in North America.

You will engage with C-suite clients, shape solutions, oversee architecture and delivery, and drive cross-geo growth with partners such as AWS.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in technology or consulting, with 6+ years in Data and AI delivery.
• Proven record of leading enterprise AI or data programs for Fortune 1000 or mid-market clients.
• Strong technical background in AWS, Snowflake, and other modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders (CTO/CDO/CPO).
• Shape Data & AI solutions translating complex business needs into value-driven outcomes.
• Provide technical and delivery oversight across multiple engagements to ensure measurable client KPIs.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities, co-sell with partners, and shaping go-to-market strategy.
• Lead propositions, IP, and training to grow internal capability and market presence.
• Mentor AI and data engineers across US and nearshore teams and recruit capability growth.
