Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director for Data & AI on the East Coast to shape growth and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will report to the US CTO and drive go-to-market strategy, ecosystem partnerships, and delivery excellence across multiple engagements.

You will lead client engagements with senior stakeholders, oversee architecture quality, and mentor AI and data engineers across the US, contributing to the expansion of AND Digital’s Data & AI capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years in technology or consulting with 6+ years in Data & AI delivery.
• Proven track record leading enterprise AI or data programs for Fortune 1000 or mid-market clients.
• Strong technical background and ability to lead solution architecture and delivery across major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-suite stakeholders to shape AI strategies and client outcomes.
• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Data & AI solutions.
• Provide senior oversight across engagements and coach teams across geographies.
