Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Builder Sales Manager in Dallas, TX to lead sales and marketing for assigned builder accounts, coordinating with Cosentino sales teams to drive profitable growth. You will be the client’s main contact, developing builder relationships and coordinating with fabricators to ensure ongoing success.

The role requires 4+ years in builder sales, 2+ years cross-functional interaction, and 1+ year of business development, with a strong benefits package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in the builder industry.
• 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.
• 1+ year of business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of builder accounts in the Dallas area.
• Establish and grow relationships with builders, designers and purchasing teams.
• Coordinate with Fabricators and PMs to secure long-term business opportunities.
• Work with General Manager and Sales Team to implement business strategy for all customer segments.
