Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Sales Manager in Lubbock, TX to develop, manage, and grow the company’s commercial, Builder, and retail sales division across interior and exterior applications. You will act as the main contact for clients, driving sales and brand loyalty by engaging architects, designers, fabricators, builders, and contractors while coordinating with the Cosentino Sales Team.

Responsibilities include increasing market share, managing budgets, and leading regional rollouts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• 2+ years of Builder experience.
• Stone fabrication or distribution experience within the commercial and K&B sales experience.
• Experience with Customer database - Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase and reach long and short-term sales plans for Cosentino surfacing products within the territory.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in remodeling, home improvement, cabinetry and fabrication sectors.
• Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns and scheduling weekly visits.
• Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within assigned territory.
• Coordinate and promote Cosentino surfacing products with Universities and Associations and develop relationships with leaders in the design industry.
