Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for our Distribution Center in Dallas, TX. You will lead sales strategy, manage client relationships, and drive growth across home centers, fabricators, and related segments.

The role requires 4+ years in sales and knowledge of CRM tools. The position offers a competitive base salary with annual bonus and benefits, in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.
• Present and sell Cosentino products and services to current and potential clients in remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication.
• Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory.
• Ensure customers have marketing materials and collateral, including samples and displays.
• Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns and updating CRM; provide quotes and scheduling visits.
• Increase market share by elevating displays and point-of-purchase materials within the territory.
• Prepare action plans to identify targets and project contacts.
• Collaborate with Cosentino staff to accomplish goals.
• Execute business strategy for all customer segments in the area.
