Job summary

Cosentino in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and grow our commercial, builder and retail sales segments for interior and exterior surfacing products. You will lead client relationships with architects, designers, fabricators and contractors, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Cosentino Sales Team to achieve aggressive growth goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• 2+ years of Builder experience.
• Stone fabrication or distribution experience within the commercial and K&B sales.
• Experience with Customer database - Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Cosentino's commercial, Builder, and retail sales division.
• Call on architects, designers, fabricators, builders, developers and contractors to grow accounts.
• Present products and services to remodeling and construction clients.
• Maintain CRM, provide quotes, and schedule client visits.
• Increase market share with more displays and POS materials.
