Cosentino in Dallas, TX seeks a Builder Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing for assigned builder accounts. You will partner with Cosentino personnel to drive profitable growth, focusing on new home construction and fabricator collaboration.

The role requires strong relationship-building with builders, designers, and purchasing agents, with a emphasis on on-site presence and strategic pricing oversight. A Bachelor’s in Business or related field is preferred.

Formación

• 4+ years of sales experience in the builder industry.
• 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
• 1+ year of business development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of stone surfacing products within a territory into the new home construction market.
• Develop, establish, and grow relationships with builder accounts by cold calling, scheduling appointments, and meeting with potential and existing builders, their purchasing agents, designers and sales teams.
• Spend 85% of your time with Builders on job sites, 15% with Fabricators; drive demand and secure opportunities.
• Verify rebates for Builders on this program and attend HBA Chapter events to strengthen our network.
• Collaborate with PMs and site superintendents to strengthen partnerships and review pricing quarterly.
• Maintain relationships and project details in Sales Force CRM.
