Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Designer Sales Manager in Atlanta, GA to drive adoption of Cosentino products among interior design firms and independent designers. You will build relationships, pursue opportunities, and coordinate with the sales team to achieve growth.

You will leverage your interior design sales experience, CRM skills, and industry connections to develop plans, manage budgets, and represent the Cosentino brand at events and tradeshows. A proactive, tech-savvy mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant interior design industry sales experience with solid technical, design-oriented solutions.
• Candidates with established, proven records developing B2B/outgoing sales activities and nurturing an ecosystem based on technical background are ideal.

Responsibilities

• Establish Cosentino products as the first choice of interior design firms and independent interior designers.
• Identify, pursue, and increase sales and brand awareness through relationships with interior designers and contractors.
• Create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate interior design firms for work surfaces, flooring, and facades.
• Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and relationships with designers.
• Represent and promote Cosentino’s brand at events, trade shows, and by maintaining a social media/blog presence.
• Maintain CRM with project details and market intelligence; report daily activity and CRM updates.
• Manage own sales budget and stay within assigned budgets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, partners, fabricators, and contractors to ensure successful local project execution.
