Job summary

Cosentino in Dallas, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead sales strategy and client relationships for our Cosentino products. You will acquire new customers and maintain existing ones, understand client needs, and ensure delivery of top-tier services.

You will serve as the main contact, working with various segments to drive growth and market share in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing product knowledge, presenting solutions to remodelers and fabricators,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• 2+ years of experience interacting with multiple levels within commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product knowledge to present to customers.
• Present and sell Cosentino products to current and potential clients within remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication.
• Manage overall sales of the assigned territory.
• Ensure customers have marketing materials and CRM setup; provide quotes and schedule visits.
• Grow market share by increasing displays and POS materials.
• Collaborate with Cosentino staff to achieve goals and execute business strategy.
