Job summary

Cosentino in Houston, TX is seeking a Commercial & Design Sales Manager to drive sales with architects, designers, fabricators, and developers across interior and exterior surfaces. You will grow product awareness, manage relationships, and lead sales plans in a multinational, expansion-focused environment.

You will engage with Cosentino’s sales team, coordinate budgets, and ensure successful project execution while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with installation partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of building materials / construction / commercial projects sales experience.
• 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
• 1+ year of business development.
• Stone fabrication or distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Cosentino product awareness, acceptance, and sales to contract design, commercial and residential segments for interior and exterior applications.
• Call on architects, designers, fabricators, developers, and contractors while coordinating with Cosentino Sales Team.
• Create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate firms, developers, and services providers to gain specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring, interior cladding, and exterior facades.
• Execute sales plans within agreed timelines and manage own sales budget to stay within budgets.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with project details and coordinate with account managers and installation partners.
